Guess I'll be taking a long break from my Double RL Rigid Slims - Naked and Famous is having a fade contest for their new "Okayama Spirit" jeans. Contest details can be found here! I've never owned a pair of Naked and Famous jeans, but I am very excited to give them a try. I decided to go with the the Slim version in a 31 over at Tate and Yoko.
Instead of doing a pre-soak like I normally do with unsanforized jeans, I will be wearing these unwashed straight for 6 months followed by an intense beach wash at Seal Beach (Maybe one of the dirtiest beaches in Southern California)
I'm a huge fan of the idea of denim formulas and solutions, just never had the chance to use them- I'll be using the retaW Denim Spray and the A.P.C. Fine Fabric Care to win this fade contest.
